At Herbs Ayurved, we ensure that your herbal and Ayurvedic products are delivered to you safely, on time, and in perfect condition. Please read our shipping policy below:
1. Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 24–48 hours of confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS.
2. Shipping Coverage
- We ship across all major cities and towns in India.
- Currently, we do not offer international shipping. (Coming soon!)
3. Delivery Timeline
- Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days (depending on your location).
- Remote/Outstation Areas: 7–10 business days.
4. Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.
- For orders below ₹999, a nominal shipping fee of ₹49–₹99 may apply.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may include an additional ₹50 COD fee.
5. Packaging & Safety
- All products are securely packed to maintain freshness and avoid damage.
- We use eco-friendly packaging wherever possible.
6. Delays
- While we try our best to deliver on time, unforeseen events (strikes, weather conditions, courier delays) may cause slight delays.
- If your package is delayed beyond 10 days, please contact us.
7. Order Tracking
- You can track your shipment using the tracking link provided in your confirmation email/SMS.

8. Damaged / Wrong Product Delivery
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with images.
- We will arrange for a replacement or refund as per our return policy.
